Solana ETFs see inflows for 4th consecutive day amid 'capital rotation' from Bitcoin, Ether funds

Spot Solana ETFs just bagged their FOURTH straight day of inflows — $44.48M on Friday alone — while Bitcoin and Ether funds are bleeding cash. This ain't just a trend, it's a full-blown capital rotation.

Solana ETFs have now pulled in $199.2M total, with assets crossing $502M. Bitwise's Solana ETF (BSOL) led the charge with a 4.99% daily gain. Meanwhile, Bitcoin ETFs saw $191.6M in outflows on Friday — part of a week-long profit-taking spree that saw $488.43M exit on Thursday and $470.71M on Wednesday.

Ether ETFs aren't safe either — they lost $98.2M on Friday, bringing cumulative inflows down to $14.37B. They dropped $184.3M on Thursday and $81.4M on Wednesday.

Vincent Liu, CIO at Kronos Research, told Cointelegraph this rotation signals a growing appetite for fresh narratives and staking-driven yields. "Solana ETFs are surging on fresh catalysts and capital rotation, as Bitcoin and Ether see profit-taking after strong runs," Liu said. "The shift signals rising appetite for new narratives and staking-driven yield opportunities."

Analysts think Solana's run could continue next week while Bitcoin and Ether consolidate. Liu added: "Solana momentum may extend next week, with rotation staying alive while majors pause, unless macro news sparks extreme volatility."

A wave of new crypto ETFs is hitting the market. Bitwise's Solana Staking ETF (BSOL) launched Tuesday with $222.8M in assets and offers ~7% staking yield on SOL.

Other fresh entrants include Canary's Litecoin and Hedera ETFs, plus Grayscale's Solana Trust conversion into an ETF. Oh, and Hong Kong just approved its first spot Solana ETF last week — the altcoin ETF revolution is global, folks.
